Clarion Road Race Championships - 19th August 2007

In 2007 Stockport Clarion will again be staging the National Clarion Road Race Championship. The circuit will be on the Swettenham - Holmes Cha[pel circuit.

Result of 3 / 4 / L Race 2006

1.    Start on Manor Lane, Holmes Chapel
2.    At 0.2 miles turn left (M) onto A54 toward Congleton. 2 marshals on junction.
4.    Proceed along A54 for 4.4 miles to left turn (M) onto Chelford Road toward Swettenham. 2 marshals on junction.
5.    At 5.2 miles, caution (M) descent to River Dane. Marshal at bottom and at narrow bridge over River Dane.
7.    At 5.9 miles turn left (M) onto Swettenham Road. 2 marshals on junction.
9.    At 7.4 miles, caution (M) narrow descent, marshal at bottom warning oncoming traffic.
10.    At 8.5 miles trun left (M), onto Forty Acre Lane. 2 marshals at junction.
11.    At 9.9 miles turn left (M) onto A535, toward Holmes Chapel. 2 marshals at junction.
13.    At 11.5 miles turn left (M) onto Manor Lane to complete 1 lap.

E/1/2 start at 10am, 6 laps

3/4/L/J start at 10.05am, 4 laps
